RSVP today for a free eight-week course that is designed to help you improve strength and reduce the risk of falling. Classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 11 am -12 pm, starting on September 14 – November 4. Classes will be hosted by Gia Ramsey, an Injury Prevention/Education Outreach Coordinator at Maimonides Medical Center. Each session will include a warm-up, guidance through one or two new Tai Chi movements, and a cool-down period. Throughout the series, we will be building to a full 12-movement combination.
