Join us for a virtual chair yoga class on Zoom. This one-hour class is free and open to the public.

How to Participate:

  1. Go to www.zoom.com
  2. Hit the “Join Meeting” button
  3. Enter in the following:

OR download the Zoom app:
1) Open the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
2) Search for and download the Zoom app
3) Click “Open” and “Join a Meeting”
4) Enter the following:
