You are invited to participate in live, virtual Chair Yoga classes you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home! This class will be presented in Cantonese only. How to Participate:

  1. Go to www.zoom.com
  2. Hit the “Join Meeting” button

1) Open the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
2) Search for and download the Zoom app
