As of January 1, 2021, service limits have been removed on physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT), and speech therapy (ST) visits. That means, VNSNY CHOICE Total (HMO D-SNP) covers all PT, OT, and ST visits that ordered are by a doctor or other licensed professional.
