Help Buying Things You Need
One of the great things about being a member of VNS Health EasyCare Plus (HMO D-SNP) or VNS Health Total (HMO D-SNP) is that your benefits include an Over-the-Counter (OTC) and Grocery Card.* Each month, we load your card with credits. You choose how to use them from the many options available.
*The grocery benefit is part of special supplemental program for the chronically ill and not all members qualify.

You can order boxes of tasty fresh fruits and vegetables from FarmboxRx and have them delivered to your door. There are lots of options to choose from, including Asian or Hispanic cuisine boxes, a healthy snacking box, and much more.
Healthy Meals
Or you can use your card to order boxes of nutritious meals from Mom’s Meals® and shop.sunmeadow.com. Choose from menus designed by dieticians and professional chefs to support common health needs. Heart-friendly, diabetes-friendly, lower-sodium, and general wellness options are just a few examples of what’s available.
