What Is VNS Health EasyCare?

EasyCare (HMO) is a Medicare Advantage prescription drug plan that offers more than regular Medicare. Extra Help lowers prescription drug costs for people who qualify.

The EasyCare monthly plan premium is as low as $0 for people who qualify for full Extra Help (also known as Low Income Subsidy (LIS)).* And EasyCare includes more benefits than regular Medicare, so your health care dollars go further.

With EasyCare, you get a health coach or care manager to help you be as healthy as possible. Our plan pharmacists can help make it easier for you to take the medications you need. You can have some doctor’s visits in the comfort of your home with our telehealth benefit. And you’ll have 24/7 access to a nurse for when health concerns arise.
