Eligible for Medicare Part A and Part B
Living in the EasyCare service area. This service area includes the following counties: Albany, Bronx, Kings (Brooklyn), Nassau, New York (Manhattan), Queens, Rensselaer, Richmond (Staten Island), Schenectady, Suffolk, and Westchester.
